WAGD Dog Harness
WAGD Dog Harness
We've had one of the WAGD long leads for sniffaris for ages, and always loved it. Great material and provides a good combination of freedom and safety for my dog.
We recently decided to buy a WAGD harness too, and oh my goodness I wish we'd done it sooner! My spoodle doesn't like having things go over her head, so she has led me a merry dance for years, always hiding under the table when she sees me pick up the harness.
After a week with our new WAGD one which clips in three places and doesn't require any over-head action, it's a totally different story. Because it's so easy to clip on and off she's much happier, and it means we now only put her harness on for walks instead of leaving it on her all day. We went for peacock blue, but I reckon we'll be back soon for another colour too.
Willow received her second WAGD harness today, a girl needs a smashing change of clothes right?, it's a spectacular colour and as pretty as her first one (Axel Rose).

Woof!
Bought for my 11yr old German shepherd cross to help stop restricting her mobility on walks and it’s great. Fantastic quality, great colours and easy to adjust/ fit. Will be buying another for my other pup
I’ve bought countless harnesses for little Billy (7.5kg Maltese shui tzu) that didn’t fit well and looked uncomfortable. He did not like stepping into them, or putting his head in them either, despite countless hours following all the training guides on how to do this.
Enter WAGD - game changer. Straight away, Billy was much happier having the harness go around his neck and in no time we had mastered clipping up the remaining two buckles.
The harness is fully adjustable and we were able to get a perfect fit very easily.
Paired with the 5m sniffari lead, walks are so much more fun now.
Trying to force a harness on Billy before we could go for a walk was no fun for anyone. Now, it’s so easy to get his harness on and get out for our adventures. Thank you Carly and Peanut, you have literally changed our lives xx
hi carly
well i would hate to think how much i have spent on collars and harnesses and with all honesty about 4 to $500, wish i had of known about wagd before, would have to thank my dog trainer from morley vetcare and the biggest thank you is to you carly, i now enjoy my walks without ellie trying to choke herself and me getting all stressed i have sent some photos of ellie so hope they come through shes my baby, and again thank you so much carly and of course peanut . :) xxx
This harness fits beautifully and our Rottweiler puppy responds very well to it.
You won't find a business owner who cares more about the safety and well being more than Carly. I knew as soon as I came across her profile that Cooper (and now Teddy) would be in good hands with her harnesses. Built for comfort, full range of motion and durability + safety - it's the harness that ticks every box (and they look amazing).
I'm a very anxious dog mum, safety and comfort is extremely important to me - and I have full confidence in my WAGD harnesses for my boys.
Purchased the WAGD harness (L) for our Golden Retriever and are very happy with the purchase. :) The front clip is a game changer for us, whilst keeping the option of a back one depending on the type of walk we do. Although we didn’t have issues passing the harness over the head (and still do most times putting it on), the neck buckle is super useful when taking the harness off, and when hosing (i.e., unbuckling each section separately to rinse off sand but not give full freedom!). The padding is good, we love the peacock colour (!!) and we’re thrilled to support a local business. Thanks for your help and great follow up in our queries leading up to the purchase. Amélie & Maple
My lil pupper has an odd body combo that made it hard to find the right harness. Really appreciated Carly's support in picking the right size. My doggo doesn't even notice the harness on- but I do. And it fits perfectly. My doggo is a smooth collie who has a narrow bod and deep chest.
This is such a quality harness! It looks adorable, it allows full range of movement and is easy to get on/off. Having the neck and body clip so that we don’t have to wrangle a wriggly puppy’s legs or neck into a harness has been a godsend. And Carly was so responsive and friendly with sizing questions. Very happy customer. 😊 We got an XS for our border terrier which should fit her for life.
Love it!
Loved this harness. She runs without any restrictions. Easy to take on and off, and very secure catches!
Great quality, fits my dog nicely with no restriction to his shoulders, looks great, dries quick. It’s a winner!
The Ultimate Dog Lead Guide: How to Pick the Right One for Your Pup
Choosing the perfect dog lead isn’t just about style—it’s about safety, functionality, and making walks with your dog more enjoyable. Here, we answer the top questions dog owners ask about leads.
1. What’s the best type of dog lead?
It depends on your needs! Our collection includes a variety of leads designed for different lifestyles. The Signature Dog Lead is a great all-rounder, made with durable nylon. For training or more freedom, the 5M Training Lead gives your dog extra space to roam while keeping them safe.
2. How long should a dog lead be?
For daily walks, a standard lead around 1.5 meters is ideal—it strikes a balance between freedom and safety. But if you’re practicing recall or giving your dog more room to explore, the 5M Training Lead is perfect. It provides enough length for safe exploration while still keeping them within your control.
3. What makes nylon leads a good choice?
Nylon leads, like ours, are popular for good reason! They’re lightweight, easy to clean, and incredibly durable. Whether your dog loves muddy adventures or ocean swims, our nylon leads can handle it all. Plus, paired with our metal hardware, they’re both stylish and strong, making sure your dog looks great while staying safe.
4. Why choose a hands-free dog lead?
For the multitaskers out there, our Hands-Free Lead is a game-changer. Whether you’re jogging, hiking, or just trying to enjoy your coffee on a walk, this lead lets you keep your dog close without tying up your hands. It’s perfect for active dogs and busy humans alike!
5. Are long leads good for training?
Absolutely! The 5M Training Lead offers the ideal length for recall training and safe off-leash practice. It gives your dog freedom to explore, but keeps you in control, which is especially useful in open spaces..
Choosing the right dog lead ensures both you and your dog enjoy your walks to the fullest. Whether you need a standard lead for everyday walks or a hands-free option for more active outings, we’ve got you covered. Check out our collection and find the perfect lead for your pup today!
