Returns & Warranty

We want you (and your dog) to love your WAGD Kit. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle it.


30 Day Fit Support

Getting the right fit matters.

If your harness isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange for a different size (subject to stock availability).

We’re always happy to help you get it right — because proper fit isn’t optional.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Replacement items will be shipped at standard shipping rates.


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be:

• Unused
• In original condition
• With tags attached
• In original packaging

Once your return arrives at WAGD HQ and is inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.

To start a return, log into your Customer Account using the email you purchased with and follow the prompts.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault that is not caused by misuse or normal wear and tear, contact us at returns@wagdkit.com with photos and details.

We will assess the issue and provide a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Product Care & Safety

Our Kit is made from high-quality materials, but it is not chew-proof.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, chewing, misuse, or alteration of the product are not covered under warranty.

You must inspect your dog’s harness, lead and hardware before each use. If any part appears worn, damaged or compromised, discontinue use immediately.

Failure resulting from continued use of worn or damaged equipment is not considered a manufacturing fault.


Sale Items & Gift Cards

Items purchased on sale and gift cards are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
